i live with a SONG always playing in my head
PEACE always pounding in my HEART
optimism running through my SPIRIT
determination hammering at my SOUL
& PAINT always underneath my fingernails.
these are the things i wish to share & spread
throughout the land with my art.
i borrow elements from everywhere -
from childhoods & the sky & the ocean & the garden
& the forest & the stereo & the media & the sidewalk.
i reassemble them into a new & pretty thing & hand them back.
my art is made with beautiful bright harmonious
colors & deep metallic textures & other shiny sparkly things painted & glued & nailed on wood.
