Jeannine was a typical "army brat" growing up. Settling into the wilderness of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, she raised her 5 children in an 1854 historic National Register Greek Revival home where she lived for 33 years. She has been a jeweler for more than 34 years where she displayed her work full time on the art show circuit for 11 years at some of the finest juried shows in the Midwest. In 1992 Jeannine's husband Charles joined her to form the partnership and they now display their work in over 75 galleries and museum shops across the United States, including the Smithsonian's Renwick & Reynolds Museum Shops and the Toldeo Museum of Art's Collectors Corner.
They are avid outdoors people and enjoy fishing, camping, rock hunting and nature photography. In 2004 after 10 years of rough camping 4 weeks a year, they sold their home and built a cabin on their 80 acres of land in a remote wilderness area of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. They now reside with the wolf, moose, black bear, bald eagle, beaver, bobcat and so much more.
Their work is fabricated from sterling silver, copper, brass and bronze. The pearls are all freshwater and the posts & nuts on the earrings are all surgical stainless and hypoallergenic.
